Refund Policy for Online Retail Training Course :

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for our online retail training course. We want to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible.

Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of purchasing the course. You also must not have completed more than 30% of the course material. We do not offer refunds for courses that have been completed in their entirety or where more than 30% of the course material has been accessed.

If your refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used to purchase the course. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect abuse of our refund policy or if we find that a student has completed more than 30% of the course material. We also reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time.
